I think the first thing to ask yourself, is what your longterm purpose is for the bed. Is it going to be a family piece that she might pass along to her own child someday? Do you want to resell it? Or, is it simply a playtoy? Also, how important are the balls to the appearance of the bed? If the balls are really important to you, you might try AG Customer Service first. It's slim, but there's always a chance they have them as replacement parts. If they don't, I would recommend removing one of the good balls and taking it to the craft store to match in size, and look for a bottle of arylic paint that is the closest match to the color. If you can't get a match that's good enough, I would repaint all the balls. If you are really worried about the balls, you could also take them all off and place them somewhere safe, and then put in all new replacements. That way you have all matching balls on the bed, and you haven't done anything to change the original ones. The other option, is just removing them altogether, and let her play with the bed with out them. Good Luck!
